    Members of Aer sit down to talk with Quentin Young at Second Story Garage in Boulder. David von Mering and Carter Schultz developed a musical partnership in high school.     Making a packed crowd wait, drunk at 1 a.m., is bound to create some restlessness, but the wait was rewarded. Casablancas has been working on a new record, and he played five of the new songs for South by Southwest. It was hard to get a good video, but, hey, it’s the sound that counts.
